Consistency Rules

1 Step Elite

  • No consistency on challenge.
  • A trader's profit on any single day cannot exceed 25% of the total profit on Funded.

Instant

  • A trader's profit on any single day cannot exceed 20% of the total profit on Instant Funded.

Ignite

  • A trader's profit on any single day cannot exceed 15% of the total profit on Ignite Funded.

Elite Access

  • 40% on Funded but none on Evaluation.

Elite Daily

  • 40% on Evaluation only

Firm Rules

Overnight Holding

  • Overnight trading is NOT allowed. All positions must be closed by 4:10 PM EST each trading day.
  • Any open trades after this time may trigger forced liquidation and lead to potential account penalties.

News Trading

  • Elite, Instant Sim Funded, Ignite Instant Funding and Elite Access evaluation phase: Allowed without any restrictions.
  • Elite Access Funded phase: Not allowed 2 minutes before and after high impact news.

Expert Advisor & Bot

  • The use of Expert Advisors (EAs) or bots is not allowed. The firm requires all traders to engage in manual, skill-based trading to ensure fairness and integrity in the trading environment.

Copy Trading

  • Copy trading from external sources is strictly prohibited.
  • Top One Futures allows copy trading/mirroring to other firms only if trades originate from your own activity and discretion on their platform; signal following, group trading, or mirroring others' trades is strictly prohibited.
  • Copy trading is allowed only between accounts of the same type and size within Top One Futures (e.g., Elite $50K → Elite $50K, Instant $150K → Instant $150K, Ignite 100K → Ignite 100K)
  • A maximum of 3 Elite Sim or Instant Sim accounts can be linked for copy trading.
  • A maximum of 6 IGNITE Instant Funding accounts can be used for copy trading.

Disclaimer – Instant Sim Funded Accounts:

  • If you already have 3 × $150K Instant Sim Funded Accounts, you cannot add 2 × $50K (or any other mix).
  • If you have 3 × $50K, you can now add 2 more.
  • If you have any Elite Funded Accounts, the cap remains a total of 3 Elite/Instant Sim Funded accounts.

Minimum Trade Duration (10-Second Rule)

  • To protect against ultra-high-frequency scalping and promote responsible trading:
  • All trades must remain open longer than 10 seconds.
  • Occasional minor violations are tolerable, but if: anywhere close to 50% or more of your total and/or withdrawable profits OR, anywhere close to 50% or more of your individual trades violate this rule, all profits associated with these trades will be removed.

Trading Hours

  • 6:00 PM EST and 4:10 PM EST the next day, Monday through Friday.
  • There is a daily 1-hour break from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST, during which trading is paused. After the break, the next session opens.

Inactivity Rule

  • All Sim Funded traders must place at least one trade every 14 calendar days to keep their account in good standing.
  • Note: There is no inactivity timer on the Elite challenge phase.

  • When you qualify for and request a payout, the maximum drawdown locks in at your initial account balance plus $100.

  • First Payout
    • Available once you have achieved a 5% profit and met the 15% consistency rule.
    • No minimum trading day requirement.
  • Subsequent Payouts
    • Each payout requires another 5% profit relative to the balance after the last payout.
  • Minimum Payout:
    • $250
  • Maximum Payout:
    • 25K = $500
    • 50K = $1,000
