These terms govern your participation in the Safe Prop Firms partner program. Please read them carefully before joining.
Partner Agreement
This Partner Agreement sets out the terms between Safe Prop Firms and any individual or entity participating in our affiliate program (“Partner”). By registering as a partner or using our referral links, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not join the program.
1. Program Overview
The Safe Prop Firms partner program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring users to our platform and listed prop firms through unique tracking links. Participation is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with this agreement.
2. Eligibility
To join, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate registration details. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application and to suspend or terminate participation at our discretion.
3. Commissions and Payments
Partners earn commissions based on qualifying referrals as defined in your program dashboard. Commissions are credited only for valid, tracked, and completed actions. Payments are issued according to the schedule and minimum thresholds stated in your account, using the payout methods we make available.
4. Tracking and Attribution
Referrals are tracked through cookies and unique partner links. We are not liable for referrals that are not properly tracked due to cookie blocking, browser settings, or actions taken outside our tracking system. Our records are the final authority on referral attribution and commission calculations.
5. Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to promote Safe Prop Firms honestly and lawfully. You must not engage in spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that could damage our reputation. All promotional content must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Generating fake clicks or sign-ups, manipulating tracking, misrepresenting our services, or using unauthorized marketing methods is strictly forbidden. Any commissions earned through prohibited conduct may be withheld or reversed, and your account may be terminated.
7. Intellectual Property
We grant partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our approved banners, links, and branding solely for promoting Safe Prop Firms. This license ends when your participation ends, and all use must follow our brand guidelines.
8. Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our materials ceases immediately. Pending valid commissions may be paid out at our discretion, subject to this agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
The program is provided “as is.” Safe Prop Firms is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation, and our total liability is limited to the commissions owed to you under this agreement.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
